Systematic Adjudication
SYSTEMATIC ADJUDICATION INCLUDES
1)Organizing and conducting the Field Interview and Ocular Inspection;
2)Preparation, submission, and completion of Free Patent Application requirements;
3)Accounting of all untitled lot for each barangay;
4)Updating of the Consolidated Cadastral Map based on the results of the Adjudication work.
What makes this system work is that the process involves as many residents as possible in the completion of their title applications if they still do not have one.
Residents can agree at once about common borders and monuments. Maps and existent survey results can be validated and documents can be completed so that titling can be done.
