Sustainability Plan
Development of the CLAMP Business Plan by LMB Implementation Principles

           • CLAMP should follow a phased development.
           • The programs of the center should be self-financing and contribute to the build-up of a trust
              fund.
           • Center set-up should require the least cost possible.
           • Its operation should be made integral to the Department.

Set-Up for Core Programs

           • Package Technologies  for transfer.
           • Develop and prepare for deployment the Pool of Service Providers for the LAM Systems
             Mainstreaming. These PSPs should come from the pool of trainers and experts developed
             and engaged by LAMP.
           • Organize Implementation Structure - - the CLAMP-OC, National Office, and Regional
             Training Site.
           • Promote the LAM Systems to identified stakeholders and secure commitments of support                       
             from the Regional Offices of DENR
           • Identify and document demand from the League of Municipalities/ Cities or LGUs
             Engagement for Core Programs
           • Secure commitment of two Regions to engage CLAMP.
           • Secure commitment of two municipalities to engage CLAMP.
           • Continue promotion of LAM Systems to DENR Regions.
           • Continue promotion of LAM Systems to LGUs.
           • Search for partners in funding LAM Systems Mainstreaming.

Normal Operations for Core Programs

           • Secure commitment of additional two regions and municipalities to engage CLAMP.
           • Secure commitment of additional two municipalities from the first two regions to
             engage CLAMP.
           • Continue promotion of LAM Systems to DENR Regions.
           • Continue promotion of LAM Systems to LGUs.
           • Search for additional partners in funding LAM Systems Mainstreaming
           • Launch the Scholarship Grants for the LAM education programs
           • Promote the offering of LAM programs in other educational institutions
           • Launch Research Grants
           • Facilitate publication of researches
           • Continue implementation of the Communication Plan for R&D
           • Organize a National LAM Conference
           • Make learning resources available.
           • Continue managing and updating the website
           • Link website with new partners
