Survey Validation
The quality of land titles depends critically on the correctness and accuracy of the land survey. The correctly surveyed land and properly marked lot corners will give confidence and clear possession to the titleholder. It is therefore important to verify surveys of land parcels if there is any doubts to their accuracy.
Validation of previously approved surveys can be done using Global Positioning System Receivers and Total Stations.
