Support for Technology Transfer
CLAMP will contribute to the economic development at the local government
units through the mainstreaming of systematic approaches to improve the efficiency of land registration and the valuation systems. This should encourage more productive use of land and stimulate new businesses that would generate economic activities, creating jobs for people and taxes for public service, thus contributing to the reduction of poverty in the country.

CLAMP will do this through its LAM Systems Mainstreaming programs. The programs in mainstreaming will be supported by programs in Advocacy and Linkages and Learning Resources.

Land Administration and Management (LAM) Systems Mainstreaming
The following core programs of CALMP will facilitate the replication of the innovative approaches:

          Technology Transfer,
          Technical Training, and
          Technical Advisory.

Advocacy and Linkages-CLAMP will focus on promoting Continuing
Education and Research and Development in the LAM sector among
and through its partners.

Learning Resources - The body of knowledge which resulted from the
project and those which would result from the above programs would
be collected and transformed into learning resource materials that
would be made accessible to the sector through: 1) Interactive
Website, 2) e-library, and 3) e-journal.
