The experience of the Land Administration and Management Projects (LAMP 1 and 2) clearly showed the advantage of a systematic, municipality-led, barangay-by-barangay mass effort in land titling over the sporadic, individual application for a title. It leads to lower costs, more rapid procedures, and more valid and accurate results.
This Module covers the preparation, approaches, activities, and resources needed to successfully mobilize resources in the municipality and its barangays in the effort to systematically title all lands in its jurisdiction.
