Introduction to e-Learning
The process of securing or validating a title for a parcel of land has been a source of confusion and controversy for a long time now. This is why most land parcels in the Philippines is still untitled or have questionable titles.

Since 2002, an effort to develop a more organized and innovative system of land titling, called Land Administration and Management Project have made huge progress.  The Project, funded by the World Bank and Australia AID, first searched for the most feasible methods and procedures (LAMP1) then tried them out in three Pilot Provinces (LAMP2).  The results are best reflected in the hundreds of thousands of titles that have been distributed in the last few years.

There is now a demand from many local government units to implement this system.  This eLearning Resources were developed and designed to help introduce the concepts, principles and activities involved in the land titling process. These are resources that could be used for either self-paced learning or as instructional materials.  These include;

          ·Content Modules - mostly text documents based on the Field Operations Manual with
           additional details on how to perform various tasks considering different situations and
           conditions;

          ·Lesson Plans -   these presents the content in instructional format for training purposes;

          ·PowerPoint Presentations - for delivering content to groups; also helps visualize text
           materials in the Learning Modules.
