Community Mobilization for Systematic Adjudication
After getting official commitment and support for the systematic titling initiative, the next step is to get the people in the community involved.
ADJUDICATION is the administrative process of evaluating the validity of claims of ownership of parcel of Land and other rights and interests in land, and results in the issuance of patents to qualified applicants in a municipality. This usually pertains to individual claims.
SYSTEMATIC ADJUDICATION seeks to process and validate all lots in a municipality, or any designated area.
